Due to the current epidemiological situation, guided primarily by the safety of our guests, we have implemented procedures and guidelines that will allow you to ensure a safe stay in our facility.
RECEPTION AND CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
At the entrance to the property there is a dispenser with hand sanitizer. We ask all guests to sanitize their hands before entering the resort.
Before check-in, each Guest must undergo a temperature measurement procedure with a non-contact thermometer. In case of subfebrile condition, fever or other symptoms of illness, the Guest will not be admitted to the Center. Refusal to examine the temperature is associated with the impossibility of admission to the object. The staff of the Centre are also authorized to control the body temperature of the Guests during their stay, if such circumstances arise
Check-in procedures are reduced to a minimum in order to limit the time of guests staying at the reception. Staff at the Reception are at their permanent disposal by phone:

We have introduced a special procedure for cleaning, disinfecting and airing rooms, in accordance with the recommendations of the Chief Sanitary Inspector, among others: in each room before the accommodation of new guests, we disinfect light switches, furniture, door handles, fittings, handrails, telephone, kettle and other equipment that are equipped with the room

We removed all unnecessary accessories from the rooms to increase the sterility of the room
It is strictly forbidden to stay in the hotel room of people who are not hotel guests
The cleaning staff is equipped with the necessary safety measures (masks, gloves)

Hotel equipment made available to guests (e.g. bicycles) is disinfected after each use
On the premises, in public areas there is an order to wear a mask. All our staff complies with the rules currently recommended by the Ministry of Health and the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate — masks, visors, gloves, safe distance and regular hand disinfection.
All Employees are obliged to wear gloves, masks/visors and permanent disinfection of hands and their workplace
All staff have been trained on the rules of compliance with sanitary standards
Each employee after coming to work is subjected to a temperature measurement procedure.
Only people without subfebrile conditions and other signs of disease take up work.
